It all began with a casual conversation with a high-school friend.
I was in business school, preparing for a corporate career, when a friend studying osteopathy casually mentioned that giving birth on your back—the norm in France—actually makes birth harder by preventing the sacrum from moving. That one fact blew my mind. If something so fundamental about birth could be disregarded,
HOW MUCH ELSE WERE WOMEN NOT BEING TOLD?

That moment planted a seed, but life took me elsewhere. I spent a decade climbing the corporate ladder, working in marketing and sales. But with each of my four HG pregnancies, one miscarriage, and three births, I kept circling back to the same calling—supporting women through pregnancy and birth. Every maternity leave pulled me deeper into studying birth physiology, medical protocols, and informed decision-making.
EVERY CONVERSATION WITH PREGNANT FRIENDS TURNED INTO
AN IMPROMPTU BIRTH PREP SESSION.
Eventually, I stopped ignoring what had been obvious all along: I was meant to do this work. I retrained, first as a hypnobirthing teacher (KG Hypnobirthing), then as a doula (BirthBliss Academy with Kicki Hansard), and I never looked back.
Today, I bring a practical, evidence-based, and deeply personal approach to birth support, helping families navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with clarity, confidence, and care. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated home birth or a scheduled cesarean, my role is to make sure you feel informed, supported, and empowered—because birth isn’t one-size-fits-all.
—BECAUSE BIRTH ISN'T ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL

MY PERSONAL JOURNEY
Why I Believe Birth is Not One-Size-Fits-All
I was born and raised in France, with a French father and a Spanish mother whose roots deeply influenced my upbringing. I’ve always felt caught between two cultures—very French when I’m outside of France, and very Spanish when I’m in France. My international path took me from Montreal, where I studied business strategy and marketing, to Buenos Aires, where I met my husband during an exchange program. My perspective on life—and birth—has always been shaped by this multicultural background and a deep understanding that there is no one right way to do things.
I’ve also personally experienced how wildly different birth can be. My three births were nothing alike:
-
A hypnobirthing surprise—where everything unfolded quickly and instinctively, without intervention but caught me off guard by its intensity.
-
A medically led induction—where I was deeply grateful for medical support despite the challenging process.
-
A virtually pain-free water birth in a birth center pool—where I fully experienced how physiology, positioning, and the right environment can make a world of difference.
Each birth taught me something new, reinforcing the fact that no one should be told how they should give birth.
Every journey is unique, and what truly matters is that women feel heard, informed, and supported in their choices.
I BELIEVE IN:
Empowering women and their partners through knowledge, preparation and compassion. Birth is as much about confidence and trust as it is about the body.
I'M NOT ABOUT:
Judgment, one-size-fits-all advice, or pushing an agenda. Birth is your journey, and I'm here to support your choices every step of the way.
YOU CAN FIND ME:
When I'm not chasing after my three little ones in the park, or having a cup of tea while chatting with my sister and my mother, you'll find me teaching hypnobirthing, preparing birth partners to feel confident and capable and supporting families through their unique birth stories.
But pregnancy wasn’t just about birth for me—it was about survival. My last pregnancy with HG (hyperemesis gravidarum) was so debilitating that I genuinely considered termination. The physical and emotional toll of severe, relentless nausea and sickness left me completely drained. It gave me an even deeper understanding of how pregnancy can be just as challenging as birth itself, and why judgment has no place in this space. I will never tell a woman what she should do—I will only stand beside her in whatever choice she makes.
DAILY RITUALS
Morning yoga, Mariage Frères tea, reading stories to my kids cuddled up in a warm blanket, diving into birth books,(weekly) date nights with my husband and finding balance in the chaos with a bit of mindfulness.
This is why I take such a nuanced, non-dogmatic approach.
Birth is not about proving anything. It’s not about following an idealised script. It’s about making informed choices that feel right for you—whether that means an unmedicated home birth, a planned cesarean, or anything in between.

MY APPROACH
Why is it Different?
ANTENATAL/HYPNOBIRTHING
Birth is messy, unpredictable, and deeply personal. It’s not about following a rigid formula—it’s about understanding your options, feeling confident in your choices, and knowing that you are supported no matter what.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all birth philosophy. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated home birth, a hospital birth with an epidural, or a scheduled cesarean, my role isn’t to push an agenda—it’s to make sure you feel prepared, heard, and empowered. I bring a no-nonsense, evidence-based approach while also honouring the emotional and instinctive side of birth. Because birth isn’t just a physical process—it’s a transformation.
With my multicultural background, corporate experience, and personal birth journey, I know that every family is different. Some parents come to me eager to trust their instincts, while others want all the research and data. Some have past traumas that shape their birth preferences, and others simply want practical tools to help them feel ready.
Learn everything you need to know about birth physiology, practical techniques to stay calm no matter how your birth unfolds and evidence-based information to help you navigate the system and communicate with your medical team.
BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT
